Christian counselling provides you with the opportunity to talk with a therapist who uses both evidence based skills whilst not forsaking biblical principles, prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit to help you navigate through life’s challenges.
Through evidence-based approaches such as CBT, integrative therapy, trauma-informed work and the creative arts, you are supported to process negative thoughts and core beliefs and then through spiritual insight, rebuild healthier emotional habits.
Instead of separating your faith from your emotions , Christian counselling will provide you with strategies to help you manage issues such as stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, trauma, anger, relationship and identity issues alongside prayer, encouragement and guidance from God’s Word.
We commence in short prayer led by either party where we invite the Holy Spirit to direct the session in order to bring emotional insight and spiritual transformation.
