Integrative Therapy
Integrative Therapy
Integrative Therapy is one of our favourites to deliver at Lifespan Psychology. We get to offer you a bit of every therapy technique we think you might benefit from. We get to draw from a number of different models to create a bespoke therapy experience for you.
We understand that no single approach fits all. Integrative Therapy draws from multiple techniques and therapies the practitioner is trained in i.e. CBT, psychodynamic, ACT, and systemic approaches and more. It can therefore be more effective for resolving complex and multiple mental health issues.
For example, if you are living with depression, trauma and OCD there is more scope with Integrative Therapy to adapt and be flexible to address different elements of the problems you’re facing. Ultimately, the goal of Integrative Therapy is to reduce your distress levels, increase self-awareness, create meaningful and lasting changes by using diverse perspectives and interventions tailored to you.
