Person-centred Therapy

Person-centred therapy is a warm, collaborative approach grounded in the belief that people have an innate capacity for growth when they’re met with genuine understanding and acceptance.

Central to this model are Carl Rogers’ core conditions: empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence. In therapy, these conditions come to life as the therapist offers a deeply attuned understanding of the client’s world, an acceptance of their experiences, and a genuine, compassionate presence.

Sessions often unfold at the client’s pace, creating a safe, reflective space where they can explore thoughts and emotions freely. Over time, this environment nurtures self-awareness, strengthens self-trust, and supports meaningful personal change.
