I am a second-year Psychology student at Anglia Ruskin University with a strong interest in neuropsychology and counselling. I’m passionate about understanding mental health in a holistic way, exploring how physical health and emotional wellbeing are connected.

My history in customer service has helped me develop empathy, active listening, and a people-first approach, which I hope to bring to my placement at Lifespan Psychology. I’m keen to learn from the team, support clients from a range of backgrounds, and build my confidence in a professional setting.

I’m also preparing for my dissertation, where I will explore potential relationships between aphantasia (poor mental imagery or “mind’s eye”) and out-of-body experiences; or the use of Virtual Reality as a treatment for memory loss.
