OCD Therapy & Treatment

At Lifespan Psychology, we understand how overwhelming and exhausting living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can feel.

OCD Therapy and Treatment

OCD can be a highly distressing mental health condition where you may struggle with unwanted, intrusive thoughts, (e.g. fear of contamination, fear of harm), repetitive behaviours, rituals or urges to perform tasks or actions to try to reduce or neutralise feelings of anxiety (e.g. hand-washing, checking, counting and seeking reassurance). These vicious cycles can interfere with daily life, relationships, and lead to depression and other mental health issues.

OCD Manifestations
