About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Lucy Owen
Integrative Psychotherapist (she/her)
I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist of 15 years working with clients of all ages. In my work with adults, my aim is for us to explore any difficulties or issues you are experiencing together, whether the issue is specific or more general. I also work with children, adjusting the therapy according to their life stage.
I have a special interest in neurodiversity and specialist skills in working with children who are experiencing parental separation and divorce.
I aim to provide a safe, compassionate space for my clients, enabling them to explore their emotions, thoughts and experiences. My focus is for people to be seen and validated for being their authentic selves.
Working with children and young people it is especially important that each client can feel comfortable and is met at their level. For adults, each person’s unique experience is accepted, to enable them to bring any issues they would like to explore without feeling judged. I also use humour, warmth and creativity to tailor my approach to each client.
I have a background in psychological research working in autism, Rett Syndrome and with families conceived in different ways; such as IVF, donor insemination (DI) and adoption.
