About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Dr Tarynne Quirk
Counselling Psychologist (she/her)
I am a Counselling Psychologist and my approach to therapy is integrative. Coming from South Africa, I understand diversity, multicultural environments and the range of challenges living in a cosmopolitan hub can bring. This allows me to customise therapy, creating a bespoke treatment plan for each individual, young person or family with their own set of unique circumstances.
I have worked extensively with adults and undergraduate students, including individuals who identify as neurodivergent. I aim to provide an empathic, non-judgmental, supportive and inclusive space, where clients feel safe enough to open up about their various issues, in a trusting environment.
While therapy helps clients to process trauma and understand difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, I also believe through individual therapy one can spend the necessary time identifying and understanding strengths, resources and coping mechanisms.
I understand the internal and external pressures people can experience, as well as the pressures and stressors people feel in a fast-paced city like London – all of which can lead to unhelpful or damaging coping strategies. Together we would work towards identifying healthier ways of managing difficult emotions and empower you to overcome the stress of life.
