About Dr. Esther Cole
I am HCPC registered, BPS accredited and a professionally insured Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams with clients with a range of mental and physical health, neurological conditions, challenging behaviour and cognitive problems, with very positive results since 2008 (qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013).
I tailor make all therapies to the person, child, young person or organisation’s needs and draw on the best available evidence. This could mean offering a combination of different therapies such as CBT, systemic and narrative approaches or integrating several therapeutic methods until we feel we are making progress.

Private Medical Insurance
Many health insurance plans cover private psychological therapy. Dr. Esther Cole and her Associates are registered with many of the major insurance companies, i.e. BUPA, Cigna, Aviva, AXA PPP. - The amount of funding and number of sessions offered
- You may be asked to pay the difference if the policy does not cover the full fee (an excess)
- Many insurance companies will not cover the costs of missed sessions.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please inform your therapist as soon as possible. For cancellation, 48 hours’ notice is required. Unfortunately, if you do not attend sessions, or give less than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule, you may be liable for the full cost of the session.
